Use Building Management

Understand the shared operations area for board members, board liaisons, property managers, and building administrators.

Management is available to people with an active board or building- management role. It is an operations overview, not a separate copy of every VBC feature.

Vista Blue Connect Building Management overview filtered to the dummy Rugby A building, with summary totals, requests, and quick actions.

The Rugby A management overview links back to the main feature pages.

What the overview collects

  • Open managed requests.
  • Upcoming meetings.
  • Recent announcements.
  • Shortcuts to unit work, requests, document upload, and managed buildings.
  • Items that may need attention in the current building selection.

Use the main feature pages

Documents, Meetings, Requests, Announcements, and Directory remain the main places to do that work. Management points you to those pages with the correct building scope.

Who can open Management

  • Board members.
  • Board liaisons.
  • Property managers.
  • Building administrators.

Access is limited to the buildings where the role is active.

The same tools also work as plain web requests. Use this for scripts, or for any tool that does not support MCP. There is one endpoint per tool. Arguments go in the query string, and the answer comes back as JSON.
