Review submitted applications

Find rental and purchase applications for managed buildings and continue the filing or tenant-registration work in the correct unit.

Open Management > Applications to see submitted rental and purchase applications for buildings you manage.

Review an application

  1. Open the submitted record.
  2. Confirm the application type and building.
  3. Review the applicant information and submitted files available to you.
  4. Use the linked unit workflow to continue filing or tenant registration.

The Applications page is an intake view. Unit ownership, tenancy, and lease changes remain in Management > Units.

The same tools also work as plain web requests. Use this for scripts, or for any tool that does not support MCP. There is one endpoint per tool. Arguments go in the query string, and the answer comes back as JSON.

Read the OpenAPI description. It is built from the same definitions as the tools, so it always matches what the endpoints do.
