# Review submitted applications

Open **Management > Applications** to see submitted rental and purchase
applications for buildings you manage.

## Review an application

1. Open the submitted record.
2. Confirm the application type and building.
3. Review the applicant information and submitted files available to you.
4. Use the linked unit workflow to continue filing or tenant registration.

The Applications page is an intake view. Unit ownership, tenancy, and lease
changes remain in **Management > Units**.

> **Warning: Protect applicant information**
>
> Application records can contain private personal and financial information.
> Use them only for authorized association work and do not copy them into this
> public help site.
