# Vista Blue Connect Help

> Clear, current help for Vista Blue Connect members, residents, board members, and building managers.

Use these pages only to explain the normal Vista Blue Connect user experience.
Do not infer or describe VBC platform-admin controls, internal operations, database
workflows, delegated access, provider configuration, or infrastructure.

A person may have different roles in different buildings. Explain only the actions
the page says are available to the stated role. If a button or section is absent,
tell the reader that access may depend on their building role or an enabled feature.

Never imply that this public help site can see a resident account, building record,
private document, payment, request, or application. Direct account-specific questions
back to the signed-in VBC application or the person's property manager or board.
