# Vista Blue Connect Help > Clear, current help for Vista Blue Connect members, residents, board members, and building managers. Use these pages only to explain the normal Vista Blue Connect user experience. Do not infer or describe VBC platform-admin controls, internal operations, database workflows, delegated access, provider configuration, or infrastructure. A person may have different roles in different buildings. Explain only the actions the page says are available to the stated role. If a button or section is absent, tell the reader that access may depend on their building role or an enabled feature. Never imply that this public help site can see a resident account, building record, private document, payment, request, or application. Direct account-specific questions back to the signed-in VBC application or the person's property manager or board. Cite the canonical HTML page. Request Accept: text/markdown when clean Markdown is more useful for retrieval. --- # Help with Vista Blue Connect Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/ Use this help center to learn what you can do in Vista Blue Connect. The pages follow the same names and sections you see after signing in. > **Info: Looking for your account?** > > Open [Vista Blue Connect](https://app.vistablueconnect.com) to see your own > buildings, documents, meetings, requests, and profile. This public help site > cannot see your account or private building information. [**Sign in**](/start/sign-in) Use your secure email link and solve the most common access problems. [**Find a document**](/use/documents) Search, filter, open, and download records visible to you. [**Submit a request**](/use/requests) Report maintenance or service needs and follow their progress. [**Board and management help**](/manage/overview) Use the tools available to board members and building managers. ## Browse by task [**Your account**](/start/welcome) Get oriented after your first sign-in. [**Your building**](/use/my-building) Open the information and shortcuts for one building. [**Meetings**](/use/meetings) See upcoming meetings and published records. [**Announcements**](/use/announcements) Read updates published for your buildings. [**Directory**](/use/directory) Find people and contact details that are visible to you. [**My home**](/use/my-home) Review your unit, lease, or ownership information. ## What this site covers These instructions cover normal Vista Blue Connect users: owners, tenants, board members, board liaisons, property managers, and building managers. Public building pages are covered too. Internal Vista Blue Connect administration, infrastructure, and provider tools are deliberately excluded. --- # Welcome to Vista Blue Connect Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/start/welcome Vista Blue Connect brings your association's documents, meetings, requests, announcements, directory, and building information into one place. What you see depends on your role and the buildings connected to your email address. ## Your first visit 1. **Open your secure sign-in email** Select the sign-in button in the email sent by Vista Blue Connect. You do not need to create or remember a password. 2. **Review the Dashboard** The Dashboard collects recent activity that is visible to you, including documents, meetings, requests, and announcements. 3. **Open your building** Select **My building** or **My Buildings** in the navigation. This opens the profile and shortcuts for the selected association. 4. **Check your profile** Open **My Profile** to confirm your personal information, emergency contact, and directory preferences. ## Your navigation may look different An owner and a property manager do not need the same controls. VBC hides tools that are not available to your role instead of showing buttons that will not work. > **Tip** > > If a page mentioned in this help center does not appear for you, it may not be > enabled for your building or your role may not include it. ## VBC works across more than one building Your account follows you. If you are an owner in one association and a board member in another, both buildings can appear under the same sign-in. Select a building filter when you want to narrow a list to one association. --- # Sign in securely Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/start/sign-in Vista Blue Connect uses secure email links instead of passwords. ![Vista Blue Connect sign-in page with the email field and secure-link button.](/screenshots/sign-in.png) _The sign-in page asks only for the email address registered with VBC._ ## Sign in 1. **Open the sign-in page** Go to [app.vistablueconnect.com](https://app.vistablueconnect.com). 2. **Enter your email address** Use the address your association has on file. This must be the same address connected to your VBC access. 3. **Open the newest email from VBC** Select **Sign in to Vista Blue Connect**. The link is personal, can be used once, and expires for security. 4. **Return to the app** The link opens your VBC account in the browser. You can then continue to the Dashboard. ## If the email does not arrive - Check spam, junk, and filtered folders. - Confirm that you entered the correct email address. - Wait a minute, then request one new link. - Use the newest message. An older link may no longer be valid. - Ask your property manager or board to confirm the email attached to your building access. ## If the link has expired or was already used Return to the sign-in page and request a new one. Do not forward your sign-in email to another person. > **Warning** > > Vista Blue Connect will not ask you to send a password, payment card, or > verification code by email. If you did not request the message, you can ignore > it. ## Invitations An invitation connects your email to one or more buildings. Open the invitation sent to that exact address. After you accept, future access uses the normal sign-in page. --- # Find your way around VBC Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/start/navigation VBC uses one navigation for residents, board members, and building managers. It adjusts to your role and to the features available for your buildings. ## Main pages | Page | What it contains | | --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Dashboard | Recent activity and useful shortcuts. | | Documents | Association records visible to you. | | Meetings | Board sessions, committee meetings, and community events. | | Requests | Maintenance and service requests you can see. | | Services | Home services, when enabled for your building. | | Announcements | Published building updates. | | Directory | People and contact information available to your role. | | My building or My Buildings | Building profiles and shortcuts. | | Financials | An external financial portal, when available to your role and building. | | Century Village | Local contact, transportation, and community resources. | | Management | Building operations for board and management roles. | ## Building filters Pages that can combine information from several associations show building filters. Choose one building to narrow the page. Clear the selection to return to all buildings you can access. ## On a phone Select the menu button in the header to open the same navigation. Records open in a phone-friendly view, and filters remain available near the top of each list. > **Tip** > > The absence of a page is usually intentional. VBC hides features that are not > enabled or are not available to your current role. --- # Roles and access Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/start/roles-and-access Your role determines which building information and actions are available to you. Roles apply per building, so one person can have different access in different associations. ## Normal VBC roles | Role | Typical access | | ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Owner | Owner-visible records, meetings, announcements, requests, directory information, and the owner's unit. | | Tenant | Tenant-visible records and the tenant's unit or lease information. Some financial and ownership information is excluded. | | Board member | Resident access plus building-management work for the assigned association. | | Board liaison | Board-member-equivalent access for normal VBC workflows unless a specific action is restricted. | | Property manager | Building-management work for assigned associations. | | Building manager | Building-management work for assigned associations. | ## Information is still limited by building Having a management role in one building does not grant access to another building. VBC checks both the building and your active role before returning private records. ## Why another person may see something you do not - The two people have different roles. - The record has a narrower audience. - One person has access to a different building. - The feature is enabled for only one building. - Your unit, ownership, tenancy, or management assignment needs correction. > **Info: Need an access correction?** > > Contact your property manager or board and identify the building, unit, and > email address involved. Do not send private documents through this public help > site. --- # Get help when something is wrong Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/start/get-help Start with the smallest check that matches the problem. ## Page will not load 1. Reload the page once. 2. Confirm that your internet connection is working. 3. Sign out and request a fresh sign-in link. 4. Try the current version of Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. 5. If the problem continues, record the page name and the time it happened. ## Information is missing Use the building filters to confirm that you are looking at the correct association. Then contact your property manager or board if a building, unit, document, person, or role is still missing. ## A button is missing The action may depend on your role or on a feature enabled for that building. Check [Roles and access](/start/roles-and-access) before reporting it as a technical problem. ## Contact VBC For general support, email . For a private building record or an access correction, contact your property manager or board first. > **Warning** > > Do not email passwords, sign-in links, full payment-card information, or other > people's private records. VBC support does not need those items to begin > investigating. --- # Use the Dashboard Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/dashboard The Dashboard is the first page after sign-in. It gathers recent activity that is visible to you across your buildings. ![Vista Blue Connect dashboard filtered to the dummy Rugby B building, with feature shortcuts and recent activity.](/screenshots/dashboard-rugby-b.png) _A Rugby B property-manager view. The available shortcuts change with the person's role and building access._ ## What appears here - Recently published announcements. - New or updated documents. - Upcoming meetings. - Request activity. - Building shortcuts and items that may need attention. The Dashboard does not create a second copy of those records. Selecting an item opens it in its main VBC page. ## Focus on one building Use the building filters near the top of the page. This is useful when your account includes more than one association or more than one role. ## An empty Dashboard An empty activity area does not necessarily mean something is wrong. It means there is no recent visible activity in the current building selection. --- # Open your building Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/my-building Select **My building** when your account has one association. If you can access several, select **My Buildings** and choose the one you want. ## What the building page provides - The building name, address, and available summary information. - Shortcuts to documents, meetings, requests, announcements, and Century Village resources. - Unit and occupancy information when your role can see it. - A link to the public building website when one is live. Some history and management information is available only to owners, board members, or management roles. Tenants receive the information appropriate to their access. ## If the wrong building appears Do not try to correct it by using another person's account. Contact your property manager or board and provide your email address, building, and unit. --- # Review My home Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/my-home Owners and tenants can open **My home** to review the unit information connected to their account. Board and management roles reach the wider unit workspace through **Management > Units**. ## Information you may see - Building and unit number. - Your ownership or tenancy relationship. - Lease dates or occupancy information when available. - Resident-service history or savings when those features apply. ## If no unit appears Your building access may be active before the unit relationship has been approved. Contact your property manager or board. Include your building, unit, name, and the email used to sign in. > **Warning** > > Do not upload a lease, deed, identification, or other private record to this > public help site. Use the approved VBC workflow or instructions from your > association. --- # Update your profile Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/profile Open your user menu and select **My Profile**. ## What you can review - Your display name and personal contact information. - Emergency-contact information. - Whether eligible directory users may see your email or phone number. - Notification preferences offered by your account. ## Directory privacy Your visibility preferences affect what other eligible VBC users can see in the Directory. They do not make your account public on the internet. ## Email-address corrections Your sign-in email is part of your account identity. If it is wrong, contact your property manager, board, or VBC support instead of creating a second account. --- # Find and open documents Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/documents Open **Documents** to see association records available to your role. ![Vista Blue Connect document library filtered to the dummy Rugby A building, with search, year, category, and document cards.](/screenshots/documents-rugby-a.png) _A Rugby A property-manager view. The New document action appears only when the person has document-management permission._ ## Find a document 1. **Choose the building** Use the building filters when your account contains more than one association. 2. **Search or filter** Search by words from the title or available document information. Use the category and other filters to narrow a large library. 3. **Open the record** Select the document to read its details and available summary information. 4. **Open or download the file** Use the file action provided on the record. VBC checks your access again before it returns a private file. ## Why a document may not appear - It belongs to another building. - It is still being processed or reviewed. - It has not been published. - Its audience does not include your role. - A newer version replaced it. > **Info: Document visibility is deliberate** > > Board and management users may see records that are not available to every > owner or tenant. A missing record is not proof that the file was deleted. ## Uploading documents People with document-management permission see an upload action. Resident accounts without that permission can read their authorized library but cannot publish association records. --- # Follow meetings Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/meetings Open **Meetings** to see board sessions, committee meetings, and community events visible to you. ![Vista Blue Connect meetings page filtered to the dummy Rugby A building, with meeting totals, agenda and calendar views, and past records.](/screenshots/meetings-rugby-a.png) _A Rugby A property-manager view. Meeting creation appears only for roles that can manage the selected building._ ## Browse meetings - Use building filters to focus on one association. - Change the month, day, or available view to find a date. - Select a meeting to open its time, place, description, and published materials. ## Meeting documents Agendas, notices, minutes, and supporting records appear only when they have been added and made visible to your role. Some records may become available after the meeting. ## Calendar information Read the meeting details in VBC before relying on an older email or saved calendar entry. The association can update the official record. --- # Submit and follow a request Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/requests Use **Requests** for maintenance and service matters that your association handles through VBC. ![Vista Blue Connect requests page filtered to the dummy Rugby A building, with needs-attention, active, resolved, and all-request filters.](/screenshots/requests-rugby-a.png) _The Rugby A queue groups visible requests by the attention they need._ ## Submit a request 1. **Select New request** Open **Requests** and choose the action to create a request. 2. **Choose the building and unit** Select the location connected to the issue. The choices depend on your role and building access. 3. **Describe the problem** Give a clear title and explain what is happening, where it is located, and when you first noticed it. 4. **Add supporting information** Attach available photos or details when the form offers them. Avoid including unrelated private information. 5. **Submit and follow the record** Return to the request to read messages, status changes, and the final resolution. ## Emergencies > **Danger** > > Do not rely on a VBC request for an immediate threat to life, fire, active > flooding, a crime in progress, or another emergency. Call 911 or the building's > emergency contact first. ## Who can see a request Residents see requests available to their account. Board and management roles may have a broader operational view for the buildings they manage. --- # Order a resident service Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/services Some buildings offer **Services** for everyday help around the home. The page is hidden when the feature is not enabled for your building. ## Place an order 1. **Choose a service** Review the available service, description, price, and any building-specific information. 2. **Select the home and visit details** Choose an eligible unit and the scheduling information requested by the service. 3. **Review payment responsibility** An owner may pay directly. A tenant order may first be sent to the unit owner for approval and payment. 4. **Follow the order** Open the order to see its current step, visit information, payment state, and available resident actions. ## Tenant orders The owner can approve and pay or decline. If the owner declines or the approval window ends, the tenant may be offered the choice to pay or cancel, depending on the order state. > **Warning** > > Use only the payment page opened from VBC. Do not send card information by > email or message. --- # Read announcements Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/announcements Open **Announcements** to read updates published for your buildings. ![Vista Blue Connect announcements page filtered to the dummy Rugby A building, with pinned and published updates.](/screenshots/announcements-rugby-a.png) _A Rugby A property-manager view. Draft and publishing actions appear only when the person's role allows them._ ## Find an announcement - Use building filters when your account includes several associations. - Select a card to open the full announcement. - Check the publication information when you need to confirm how recent it is. ## Visibility An announcement can be limited to an intended building audience. You see only the announcements available to your active role and building access. ## Notifications An email may alert you to an announcement, but the VBC record is the current version. Open VBC if the message was updated after the email was sent. --- # Use the Directory Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/directory The **Directory** shows people and contact information available to your role. ## Find someone 1. Choose a building when needed. 2. Search by the person's name or available unit information. 3. Select a directory entry to open the details your role may see. ## Privacy choices People can control whether eligible directory users may see their email or phone number. A hidden contact field does not mean the person is missing from the building. ## Wider management information Board and management roles may see unit status and operational information that is not available to ordinary resident accounts. Those permissions stay limited to assigned buildings. --- # Open Financials Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/financials The **Financials** link appears only when financial access is available for your building and role. Tenant-only access does not include this link. Selecting **Financials** opens the financial portal used by the association. It is a separate service, so its sign-in and available account information may differ from the rest of VBC. ## If Financials is missing - Confirm that you selected the correct building. - Confirm that your role should include financial access. - Ask your property manager or board whether the portal is available for the association. > **Info: VBC help cannot see balances** > > This public help site cannot check a balance, payment, ledger, or financial > account. Contact the association or the financial portal's support path for > account-specific questions. --- # Find Century Village resources Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/use/century-village Open **Century Village** for shared local information that is useful beyond one association. The available sections may include: - Community and building contacts. - Phone numbers. - Maps and directions. - Bus and transportation information. - Vehicle, airport, weather, or other local resources. Use the section links to narrow the page. Contact the organization shown on the resource when you need confirmation of a schedule or service. > **Warning** > > Transportation times, phone numbers, and outside services can change. Confirm > time-sensitive information with the listed provider. --- # Use Building Management Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/overview **Management** is available to people with an active board or building- management role. It is an operations overview, not a separate copy of every VBC feature. ![Vista Blue Connect Building Management overview filtered to the dummy Rugby A building, with summary totals, requests, and quick actions.](/screenshots/management-rugby-a.png) _The Rugby A management overview links back to the main feature pages._ ## What the overview collects - Open managed requests. - Upcoming meetings. - Recent announcements. - Shortcuts to unit work, requests, document upload, and managed buildings. - Items that may need attention in the current building selection. ## Use the main feature pages Documents, Meetings, Requests, Announcements, and Directory remain the main places to do that work. Management points you to those pages with the correct building scope. ## Who can open Management - Board members. - Board liaisons. - Property managers. - Building administrators. Access is limited to the buildings where the role is active. > **Info: No platform administration** > > This section of the help center covers building work available to normal VBC > users. It does not cover internal VBC administration or system controls. --- # Work with managed buildings Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/buildings Open **Management > Buildings** to see the associations where you have an active board or management role. ![Vista Blue Connect building workspace for the dummy Rugby A building, with counts and shortcuts to public website, units, documents, meetings, announcements, and requests.](/screenshots/buildings-rugby-a.png) _The Rugby A workspace keeps the building's work in one place without creating duplicate feature pages._ ## What each building card provides - Building identity and available summary information. - Public-website status and preview links. - Authorized counts or operational indicators available to your role. - Shortcuts to Units, Directory, Documents, Meetings, Announcements, and Requests. ## Work on one building Use the building filters before opening an action. This prevents work intended for one association from being started in another. ## Public website Eligible board and management roles can open the selected building's public- website workspace. See [Manage the public building website](/manage/public-website). > **Warning** > > This page does not give a building role access to internal VBC setup or > platform-wide administration. --- # Manage building documents Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/documents Document work stays on the main **Documents** page. People with document- management permission see additional controls for their assigned buildings. ## Upload a document 1. **Open Documents** Select the target building before starting the upload. 2. **Choose the file** Use the upload action and select the supported association record. 3. **Review the suggested information** Confirm the title, category, year, visibility, and other available fields. Automated suggestions still require a human check. 4. **Wait for processing** VBC prepares a readable version and preview. A record can remain in review when the system needs a person to confirm it. 5. **Publish only when ready** Confirm the file, title, category, and intended audience before making the document available. ## Visibility matters Choose the narrowest correct audience. Do not publish owner-only, unit-specific, staff-only, or otherwise restricted material as a public notice. ## Add documents by email When the building has an approved inbound-document address, the Documents page can show it to eligible managers. Email intake still follows VBC review and publication rules; an attachment is not automatically safe to publish. --- # Manage meetings Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/meetings Board and management users work from the main **Meetings** page. ## Create a meeting 1. Choose the building. 2. Select the create-meeting action. 3. Enter the meeting type, date, time, location, and available description. 4. Review the details before saving. 5. Add or link the official notice, agenda, minutes, or supporting documents as they become available. ## After creation Open the meeting record to make available updates, review compliance-related information, and check which materials are visible to residents. > **Tip** > > Keep the meeting record current. Residents may open VBC after receiving an > older email or calendar notice. --- # Manage resident requests Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/requests Board and management users can see a broader request workspace for their assigned buildings. ## Review the queue - Filter by building before acting. - Use the available status, search, or assignment controls to narrow the list. - Open the request to read its description, location, attachments, messages, and history. ## Keep the resident informed Record useful updates in the request rather than relying only on a separate email or phone call. Change the status when the work actually moves to the next stage. ## Close a request Confirm what was done and record the resolution before using the available completion or closing action. > **Warning** > > A normal request queue does not replace an emergency response. Follow the > building's emergency procedure for immediate safety or property threats. --- # Publish announcements Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/announcements Announcement work stays on the main **Announcements** page. Board and management roles see the available drafting and publishing controls for assigned buildings. ## Create an announcement 1. **Choose the building** Confirm the building filter before starting. 2. **Write the update** Use a direct title and explain what changed, who it affects, and any date or action the reader needs. 3. **Choose the audience** Select the intended building audience. Do not use a broader audience for convenience. 4. **Review before publishing** Check names, dates, links, attachments, and contact information. Drafts remain in the management workspace. Residents see an announcement only after it is published and available to their role. --- # Manage people and access Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/directory The main **Directory** is the home for people and access work available to board and management roles. ## Find a person first Select the building and search for the person before creating or changing anything. This helps avoid duplicate accounts and unit relationships. ## Available management work Depending on your role and the record, VBC may provide actions to: - Review building and unit relationships. - See operational contact information. - Invite an eligible person. - Update permitted contact or access information. - Open the related Units workspace for ownership, tenancy, or lease work. ## Keep access building-specific A person may have several roles in different associations. Confirm the building and relationship shown in the record before making a change. > **Warning** > > Do not create an owner or tenant as a generic building role. Ownership and > tenancy belong to the correct unit record. --- # Manage units and leases Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/units Open **Management > Units** to review units for the selected building. ## What the workspace contains - Unit numbers and occupancy state. - Owner and tenant relationships available to your role. - Lease dates and review information. - Pending tenant registrations. - Links between submitted applications and unit work when available. ## Work carefully by unit 1. Select one building. 2. Find the unit. 3. Open the unit record. 4. Review current owners, tenants, and lease information. 5. Use only the action that matches the real change. ## Tenant registration A tenant registration belongs to a unit and can be tied to the current owner. Review the application and lease information before approving, rejecting, or inviting the tenant. > **Warning** > > Ownership and tenancy affect private access. Confirm the person, unit, > building, and dates before saving a change. --- # Review submitted applications Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/applications Open **Management > Applications** to see submitted rental and purchase applications for buildings you manage. ## Review an application 1. Open the submitted record. 2. Confirm the application type and building. 3. Review the applicant information and submitted files available to you. 4. Use the linked unit workflow to continue filing or tenant registration. The Applications page is an intake view. Unit ownership, tenancy, and lease changes remain in **Management > Units**. > **Warning: Protect applicant information** > > Application records can contain private personal and financial information. > Use them only for authorized association work and do not copy them into this > public help site. --- # Manage the public building website Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/public-website Eligible board and management roles can open **Management > Buildings > Public website** for one selected association. ![Vista Blue Connect public-website editor for the dummy Rugby A building, with readiness checks, editable public copy, and a live preview.](/screenshots/public-website-rugby-a.png) _The Rugby A page remains private until its link and content are ready and an eligible user launches it._ ## What you can manage - Public introduction and building copy. - Approved public photos. - Available visual style choices. - Preview and launch state. ## What stays elsewhere Public records, notices, and events come from their main VBC pages. Do not copy and maintain a second version in the public-website editor. ## Review before launch 1. **Choose one building** Confirm the building filter. 2. **Edit the public information** Use facts that the association can publish. 3. **Preview the page** Check desktop and phone layouts, photos, links, and public records. 4. **Launch when approved** Use the available launch action only after the association has approved the public content. > **Warning** > > Never publish resident contact information, private association records, gate > codes, internal instructions, or other restricted details on the public page. --- # Choose compliance notifications Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/notifications Open **Management > Notifications** to review the compliance notices VBC tracks for your managed buildings and choose which available reminders reach your inbox. ## Update a preference 1. Select the building. 2. Review the listed notice or reminder. 3. Turn the available email preference on or off. 4. Save when the page asks you to confirm the change. These settings apply to your own notifications. They do not replace the association's legal calendar or professional advice. > **Warning** > > VBC reminders are operational aids, not legal advice. The association remains > responsible for confirming which laws, deadlines, and procedures apply. --- # Review service savings Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/manage/service-savings **Service savings** appears only when the feature has relevant information for a building you manage. Use it to review the savings or benefit VBC records from eligible resident- service activity. The exact view depends on the buildings and completed orders available to your role. If the page is absent, the feature may not apply to your building or there may be no eligible activity yet. > **Info: Not a financial statement** > > Service savings is an operational benefit summary. Use the association's > official financial records for accounting and reporting decisions. --- # Use a public building page Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/public/building-page Some associations publish a public VBC page. Anyone with the link can open it without a member account. ## What may appear - Public building information and photos. - Approved public records. - Public notices and events. - Public contact information. - Purchase or rental application links when offered. ## What will not appear Private member records, owner-only documents, tenant information, internal requests, and restricted meeting materials remain behind VBC access controls. ## Contact forms Use a public contact form only for appropriate building inquiries. Do not send payment-card information, identification documents, gate codes, or another person's private information. --- # Submit a purchase or rental application Source: https://help.vistablueconnect.com/public/applications An association may offer purchase or rental applications from its public VBC page. ## Complete an application 1. **Choose the application type** Start the purchase or rental application offered by the building. 2. **Enter your contact information** Use an email address you can access. VBC uses it for the private return link and application communication. 3. **Save your return link** Keep the resume email or link private. It allows you to return to the application before submission. 4. **Complete the requested sections** Provide the requested applicant, unit, occupancy, and supporting information. 5. **Upload the requested files** Check that each file is legible and belongs to the correct section. 6. **Review and submit** Confirm names, dates, contact information, and attachments before the final submission. ## After submission The building's authorized reviewers can see the submitted application in VBC. Submission does not mean the application has been approved. > **Warning** > > Do not forward your private resume link. If you believe it was exposed, > contact the building before continuing.
