Some buildings offer Services for everyday help around the home. The page is hidden when the feature is not enabled for your building.
Place an order
Choose a service
Review the available service, description, price, and any building-specific information.
Select the home and visit details
Choose an eligible unit and the scheduling information requested by the service.
Review payment responsibility
An owner may pay directly. A tenant order may first be sent to the unit owner for approval and payment.
Follow the order
Open the order to see its current step, visit information, payment state, and available resident actions.
Tenant orders
The owner can approve and pay or decline. If the owner declines or the approval window ends, the tenant may be offered the choice to pay or cancel, depending on the order state.
