# Open Financials

The **Financials** link appears only when financial access is available for your
building and role. Tenant-only access does not include this link.

Selecting **Financials** opens the financial portal used by the association. It
is a separate service, so its sign-in and available account information may
differ from the rest of VBC.

## If Financials is missing

- Confirm that you selected the correct building.
- Confirm that your role should include financial access.
- Ask your property manager or board whether the portal is available for the
  association.
