# Use the Directory

The **Directory** shows people and contact information available to your role.

## Find someone

1. Choose a building when needed.
2. Search by the person's name or available unit information.
3. Select a directory entry to open the details your role may see.

## Privacy choices

People can control whether eligible directory users may see their email or
phone number. A hidden contact field does not mean the person is missing from
the building.

## Wider management information

Board and management roles may see unit status and operational information that
is not available to ordinary resident accounts. Those permissions stay limited
to assigned buildings.
