# Find your way around VBC

VBC uses one navigation for residents, board members, and building managers.
It adjusts to your role and to the features available for your buildings.

## Main pages

| Page                        | What it contains                                                        |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Dashboard                   | Recent activity and useful shortcuts.                                   |
| Documents                   | Association records visible to you.                                     |
| Meetings                    | Board sessions, committee meetings, and community events.               |
| Requests                    | Maintenance and service requests you can see.                           |
| Services                    | Home services, when enabled for your building.                          |
| Announcements               | Published building updates.                                             |
| Directory                   | People and contact information available to your role.                  |
| My building or My Buildings | Building profiles and shortcuts.                                        |
| Financials                  | An external financial portal, when available to your role and building. |
| Century Village             | Local contact, transportation, and community resources.                 |
| Management                  | Building operations for board and management roles.                     |

## Building filters

Pages that can combine information from several associations show building
filters. Choose one building to narrow the page. Clear the selection to return
to all buildings you can access.

## On a phone

Select the menu button in the header to open the same navigation. Records open
in a phone-friendly view, and filters remain available near the top of each
list.

> **Tip**
>
> The absence of a page is usually intentional. VBC hides features that are not
> enabled or are not available to your current role.
