# Use a public building page

Some associations publish a public VBC page. Anyone with the link can open it
without a member account.

## What may appear

- Public building information and photos.
- Approved public records.
- Public notices and events.
- Public contact information.
- Purchase or rental application links when offered.

## What will not appear

Private member records, owner-only documents, tenant information, internal
requests, and restricted meeting materials remain behind VBC access controls.

## Contact forms

Use a public contact form only for appropriate building inquiries. Do not send
payment-card information, identification documents, gate codes, or another
person's private information.
