# Manage units and leases

Open **Management > Units** to review units for the selected building.

## What the workspace contains

- Unit numbers and occupancy state.
- Owner and tenant relationships available to your role.
- Lease dates and review information.
- Pending tenant registrations.
- Links between submitted applications and unit work when available.

## Work carefully by unit

1. Select one building.
2. Find the unit.
3. Open the unit record.
4. Review current owners, tenants, and lease information.
5. Use only the action that matches the real change.

## Tenant registration

A tenant registration belongs to a unit and can be tied to the current owner.
Review the application and lease information before approving, rejecting, or
inviting the tenant.
